The Mad Lab

On a distant planet, in a distant universe, lives Cork Boy.

Cork Boy is the super hero savior of his home planet, Corkonia, once headed for destruction. You see...the evil Dr. Bartels and his partner Dr. James created vast amounts of evil formulas and store them in glass bottles.  But, there was a flaw in their design...anytime the bottles fell over...their formulas would spill all over the floor...often creating undesirable results.

Then, one day, while Dr. Bartels was vacationing in Corkonia...he discovered that the material that made up the planet could be used to plug the ends of their bottles.  So, Dr. Bartels and Dr. James devised an evil scheme to blow up the planet and use the debris to keep their evil formulas safe and contained.

Unfortunately for them, Cork Boy overheard their plot and before they knew it...he spring from the shadows and rained justice down upon them like the Congo during monsoon season.  Just like that...Corkonia was saved thanks to Cork Boy!!!

Cork boy is actually the result of "craft night" with the kids.  I had a box of various sized corks in the shed...so, I pulled them out and started gluing them together...and this is what happened.  A couple of "googly" eyes, bright green craft feather and a dowel rod were all added.

Not much sense in an actual "how-to"...this is so easy that the picture pretty much shows you what to do.  LOL
