I just have a quick question. In the foam section of the contest you say static prop. I am currently making a prop with a motor (not a wiper motor) is it eligible for the foam section of the contest?

Hmmmm.... now that's a very good question. Hmmmm.... I hate it when I don't think of every possible question I'm going to get hit with. Hmmmmmmmm....

Ok - wait. I think I misunderstood. The prop is not eligible for the animated entry, correct? So essentially it's an animated piece that includes foam, correct?

You are correct on both counts.

Using a wiper motor on this prop would be overkill. It does include quite a bit of foam.
