I am trying to enter the contest. But for some reason "photobucket" isn't letting me register, (are they down?). I have a picture and the required tutorial, but I can't get into photobucket... "HELP". When I click "register" in photobucket, absolutely nothing happens.

i was in and out of it all day yesterday and never had issues.
