About Me
My name is Scott, a longtime Halloween and Horror enthusiast. Since 1992 I have been building props and decorating our yard attempting to make each year bigger and better. My other passions include horror films, music, artwork and spending time with my wife, two sons and two dogs. Over the years I have worked with many different materials and techniques for building props. Papier mache has become my medium of choice. Papier mache is more versatile than most people think being relatively inexpensive, strong and durable.

Hey, are you still active on this site?
I'm not sure what has happened to the site, but it looks like the doctor is out for a while. There hasn't been a contest for 7 months, and messages go unanswered. Still, here it is. I know some people are still out there using the tutorials and hoping to see a contest again. I have not idea how many are left, but I thought maybe it would be productive if we had our own "contests". We could pick an object, the same as the old contests, and use the forums to post tutorials and vote for the winners. No prizes, I guess, but bragging rights!
